ISABELL PRINCESS OF THE SEA epitomises the timeless elegance and finesse of a classic yacht. Completing a €15 million refit in 2026, her interior has undergone a meticulous transformation to meet contemporary standards and expectations. She will be leaving for the Med mid-June 2026, and be available for Charter from the end of that month onwards. 1^ST COURSE	Salt and sugar marinated salmon, lemon and lime marinated scallops served with a red apple cream and a saffron and lemon cream

2^nd COURSE	Spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli and scampi with shrimp coffee

3^rd COURSE	Lobster on calamari besamel

4^th COURSE	Sanpjer filet on cauliflower cream with an emulsion of carrots and herbs

5^th COURSE	Tomahawk steak with marinated potatoes and Rossini sauce

DESSERT	Chocolate ball filled with vanilla cream and fresh fruit, topped with rum-flavoured white chocolate ganache
