Deans Blue Hole, also known as Blue Hole Bay, on the Atlantic coast of Long Island, Bahamas, considered one of the most spectacular natural wonders on earth, can now be yours. The Miami-based commercial brokerage Colliers International South Florida is managing the sale comprised of two parcels; an inland tract of approximately 140 acres, and a 46-acre parcel known as Whale’s Tail due to its shape.
Deans Blue Hole is the world’s deepest known blue hole with seawater. It is located in a bay west of Clarence Town on Long Island. In April 2010, William Trubridge broke a free-diving world record in the blue hole reaching a depth of 302 ft without the use of fins. On 14 December 2010, he swam to a depth of 101 metres on a single breath using only his hands and feet for propulsion. Deans Blue Hole is, needless to say, a magnificent dive site.
