Start the day with one of our delicious breakfasts before heading out on a day of exploring. All served with fruit & cheese platters, tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice
Smoked Salmon - served with smashed Avocado on Ciabatta
Full Breakfast - bacon, eggs (of your choice), fried tomato & onions, mushrooms & toast Fruit Salad, Yoghurt with Muesli - seasonal fruit with yoghurt and crunchy muesli Bacon Crumpet Stack - crumpets topped with crispy bacon and drizzled with maple syrup Blueberry Cheesecake Croissants - delicious blueberry & vanilla cheesecake baked in a crispy croissant

Lunch
After a morning of swimming and exploring come back to the boat for a delicious lunch to refuel for the rest of the afternoon
Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken Strips - crispy chicken strips smothered in a honey mustard marinade served on crispy lettuce, tomato, feta, avocado & sesame seeds
Light and Refreshing Thai Summer Rolls - crispy lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, mango and mint wrapped in a delicate rice paper roll with a sweet chilli & peanut dipping sauce Quesadillas - grilled tortilla filled with melted cheese and peppers
