DAY 1
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with bacon. Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and
charcuterie platter. Drinks include juices, coffee, tea and fresh smoothie.
Lunch
Poké bowl with salmon marinated in soy sauce and black sesame seeds, sushi
rice and vegetables, topped with wasabi mayonnaise.
DAY 2
Breakfast
Yellow smoothie bowl (banana, mango, almond milk) served with almonds,
coconut flakes, granola and seeds. Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and
charcuterie platter. Drinks include juices, coffee and tea.
Lunch
Fresh tortilla wrap with chicken, mozzarella, guacamole and green salad.
DAY 3
Breakfast
Oatmeal pancakes served with red fruit, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and charcuterie platter. Drinks include
juices, coffee and tea.
Lunch
Rice dish with scampi, mango, avocado and pomgranate. Served with a
dressing of fresh orange juice, chili and garlic, topped with coconut flakes.

A soft boiled egg served with bacon. Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and charcuterie platter. Drinks include juices, coffee, tea and fresh smoothie.
Lunch
Homemade hamburgers served with sweet potato fries.
DAY 5
Breakfast
Pink smoothie bowl (banana, red frozen fruit, almond milk) served with almonds, coconut flakes, granola and seeds. Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and charcuterie platter. Drinks include juices, coffee and tea.
Lunch
MIO-SHI Club Sandwich, served with tabouleh couscous salad.
DAY 6
Breakfast
Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and charcuterie platter. Drinks include juices, coffee, tea and fresh smoothie.
Lunch
Spinach salad with smoked salmon, halloumi, green asparagus, avocado and potato. Served with oven bread, humus and tsatsiki.
DAY 7
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with bacon. Fruit platter, fresh bread with preserves and charcuterie platter. Drinks include juices, coffee, tea and fresh smoothie.
Lunch
Pasta with local pistache pesto of the island aegina, topped with cherry tomato and crisp prosciutto and parmesan.
