Comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 cabins. 2 double cabins and 2 convertible twin/double.

All cabins are located on the lower deck with an en-suite shower rooms with single sink area.

Master Cabin:
Full width stateroom located mid ship. Large windows flood the interior with natural light giving her a wonderfully bright, airy and spacious feel. The master cabin has a seating area and vanity unit. Fitted with a king size bed and equipped with a 47 inch LED TV (Samsung) and 8.3 litre safe in the stateroom.

VIP Cabin:
Located forward with a king size bed and equipped with a 28 inch LED TV (Samsung) and 8.3 litre safe in the cabin.

Twin Cabin:
2 x twin cabins which can both convert to double cabins if needed - each single bed is 75 cm x 190 cm. 28" LED TV in both twin cabins.

CAPTAIN: Kerry McCullagh - Irish
Joined Spring 2019
Kerry has had a loving relationship for the ocean and a passion for surfing and water sports from a young age, so it is no surprise that for the past 20 years yachting has been his main focus.
During this time, he has worked his way through the ranks, accruing valuable experience in engineering as well as an exciting circumnavigation programme on board the Perini Navi Clan VIII.
The time spent on various yachts both private and charter, have taught Kerry to be a noble and trusting leader for his crew and built the confidence needed to navigate in a fun, safe environment.
Kerry takes his profession seriously and dedicates time to improvement by attaining yacht certifications. He currently holds both the MCA Master 200 tons and OOW 3000-ton licences and working hard towards the Master 3000.

CHEF: Marcel Smit - South African

Marcel describes himself as passionate, hardworking and reliable and he is very much looking forward to his second season on LA VIE.
This young South African was trained at Cordon Bleu – Silwood, he has a clear vision of what he wants and how he wants to achieve it and he is literally brimming with ideas and culinary drive.
With extensive work experience in high-end restaurants, he is proud to have worked at some of South Africa’s top listed establishments, including The Test Kitchen in Pretoria – which was awarded Number 1 Top Restaurant award in 2016.
Marcel loves the fresh markets of the Mediterranean and in his spare time adores experimenting with new flavours and recipes.

STEWARDESS: Sophie Pillinger - British
Joined Spring 2019
Sophie has been in the yachting industry for 3 years as stewardess and her last role being Chief Stewardess on the 34m M/Y Cheeky Tiger. Spending the last two winter seasons as a ski technician in Japan. Sophie loves adventure, meeting new people and trying new things and with her dedication, drive and motivation she is the perfect choice as stewardess onboard M/Y La Vie.

DECKHAND : Paul White - British
Joined Spring 2019
Paul joined the yachting industry in 2016 with a desire to further his career and progress within the industry. Having spent his working life up to that moment working in a wide range of outdoor activities at ski rental sites in the French Alps, Australia and New Zealand and a sailing instructor in the UK. Previous Yachts: M/Y The Devocean (37m), M/Y Lady Lara (44m), M/Y Tatasu (47m), M/Y No.9 (34m)
