Sailing Yacht Kai is a Custom, American-Made Sailing Yacht Built in 1983 by Wellington Boats Inc. for the then CEO of The CocaCola Company. In 2023-2025 Kai received some major upgrades. She was refit with all brand new: Latest Doppler Radar and HD Touchscreen Navigation from Garmin (2024) Caterpillar 3208 Engine (2024) Cummings 11.5kw Generator (2024) Watermaker (2025) Air Conditioning throughout the entire vessel (2023) Custom Stainless Steel Bowsprit (2024) Custom Lithium Batteries for Overnight Power (2024) New Refrigerator and Freezers (2024) Renovated Galley (2023) Updates to the Solar & Wind systems (2023) New Interior Salon and Cabin Cushions (2024) Custom Green Hull Paint (2025) Interior Wood Varnish (2025) Classic 8′ “Fatty Knees” Sailing Dinghy (2024) Before the end of the winter charter season, Justin aims to be able to run the air conditioning system via the boat’s solar & wind power, meaning that the generator will not need to be running in order to have cold a/c!

Accommodations

(2) Queen master cabins have a private ensuite head and stall shower. (1) Bunk Bed Room
(1) Queen forward V-berth has ensuite vanity and shares head with twin bunk cabin below.
(1) Twin cabin with upper lower berths. This cabin also has an ensuite vanity and shares head with Queen V-berth cabin above however it does have it’s own vanity and sink in the cabin.
Crew have separate aft crew cabin with head and storage area.
Yacht is fully air conditioned upon request, added $10/hr A/C fee.
Yacht has hydraulic swim platform which lowers from the deck into the water for easy access for guests.
