Sample Menu

This menu is mainly inspired by the flavour and culture of the Mediterreaning using fresh market produce and high quality meal and fish chosen with care.

Breakfast Buffet

Natural fruit juices, coffee, milk tea, muesli, fruit salad, brioches, bread, ja,, nutella, scrambled eggs, bacon

Entrées

Carpaccio of bresaola with parmesan flakes, celery and lemon
Spinach tortilla with balsamic vinegar sauce
Zucchini and ricotta savory pie with smoked scamorza cheese
Citrus salad with fennel and pomegranate seeds

Main courses

Homemade Sicilian eggplant parmigiana
Spinach meatloaf with egg and lard
Baked crespell with stringy peppers
Homemade Ligurian pesto linguine with potatoes and green beans

Note that side dish to main courses are chosen according to the preferences of the client
