This amazing 2020 46′ Lagoon offers three large double berths each with private ensuite baths including electric heads, vanity and separate showers. The cabins and yacht both offer wonderful natural lighting and great ventilation plus fully air-conditioned depending on the guests’ desires. The salon will seat up to 6 guests in comfort for lounging or dining plus with numerous lounging areas, there is plenty of space for gathering as a group or finding a private place for one or two to relax. The aft exterior offers alfresco dining for up to 6 guests along with spacious top deck seating and lounge area in front of the helm, plus a forward lower deck lounge area behind the trampolines. Your guests will have their expectations exceeded time and time again on EASIR-II! Breakfast

Top it off waffles – Island-vanilla waffles with a splattering of toppings to choose from: maple syrup, yogurt/cream, fresh fruit & compote. Served with breakfast sausage

Bagel Lox – Bagel with cream cheese or avocado, smoked salmon, capers, pickled onions with a dusting of fresh herbs.

Captains Frittata Special – Frittata of the day with seasonal vegetables and chorizo. Served with friend Caribbean plantain

Eggs Benedict – Toasted English muffin with Canadian bacon, poached egg smothered in hollandaise sauce.

Cajun Breakfast Skillet – Sauteed potato hashbrowns spiced, bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, spring onion

Breakfast Scones – Freshly baked scones with toppings of choice: butter, jams, jellies, lemon curd. Served with fresh fruit platter.

Granola bowl – Granola served over yogurt or smoothie of choice, fresh fruit, nuts and superfood toppings.

Spring Rolls – rice paper rolled with raw vegetables, green onion, fresh herbs, shrimp, and peanut sauce

Pasta salad – pasta salad with fresh basil, mozzarella and vegetables.

Casa Rellena – a layered Peruvian potato and chicken salad

Poke Bowl – rice, salad, vegetables, topped with marinated tuna, and siracha aioli

Caesar salad – a chopped salad with romaine lettuce, carrots, tomato, parmesan served with chicken

Savoury Egg Roulade – a omelette rolled over hummus, sprouts, fresh greens, and carrots

Ham and Cheese Croissant Ring – a hot, ham & cheese rolled in pastry, served with coleslaw
