Paige grew up just outside New York City, but her true home has always been the water. She spent every summer exploring the rugged coastlines of Maine living aboard her family’s sailboat, where she found her love for the ocean and sailing. Paige has recently decided to take a break from her career as an elementary school teacher to pursue her passion full-time as a yacht chef aboard Dolce Vita. From a young age, Paige spent a vast amount of time in the kitchen experimenting new recipes with the freshest of ingredients. In the kitchen, Paige’s creativity shines through her love for fresh, local ingredients, bringing the essence of every destination to life in her dishes. Paige’s adventurous spirit extends beyond the ocean—she’s an avid traveler with a desire to explore every corner of the globe. Meeting new people and immersing herself in different cultures is what fuels her sense of discovery. She leads an active lifestyle and loves spending her free time outdoors, engaging in her favorite activities including, but not limited to surfing, snorkeling, hiking, waterskiing, and rock climbing.
