Yachts Miami Beach 2017
Formerly the Yacht and Brokerage Show, Yachts Miami Beach, February 16-20, still spans more than a mile along Collins Avenue from 41st Street to 54th Street, across from the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc hotels. However, show sponsors have a new ticket policy, which requires a new show design.
This year show-goers to Yachts Miami Beach will pay $20 per person per day for this previously free line-up of head-turning yachts. (For $3 off use code YMBAW4. Children, ages 15 and younger, are free.) Attendees will enter through any of five show entrance gates. Each entrance will have an information booth and graphics display map. Ticket holders are redirected from the sidewalk along Collins Avenue into the show’s network of new floating docks, where they will also have access to food and beverage concessions.
The show’s refit is designed to create a more functional and pleasant sales environment for exhibitors and buyers. Yachts are arranged in dedicated builder and brokerage sections, making it easie to find specific boats. The show has also added the new Superyacht Miami location at Island Gardens Deep Harbour on Watson Island to accommodate deep draft vessels up to 500′.
Two different boat shows take place in Miami and Miami Beach during Presidents Day weekend in February. Yachts Miami Beach is completely separate from the Miami International Boat Show on Virginia Key. Shuttle bus service runs all day between Yachts Miami Beach and the Miami International Boat Show. One admission will not get you into both shows.
If you drive, get there as early as possible. Parking is consistently challenging. From the north, offsite parking is available at the 67th Street parking garage with water taxi service to the show from the Miami Beach Rowing Club on 65th Street. From the south, park at the 17th Street Miami Beach Convention Center parking garage, take a shuttle bus to the water taxi at 24th Street and Collins Avenue at the Traymore Hotel dock. Taxis and Uber services are located at 46th Street and Collins Avenue.

The VIP Option
The party yacht, Floridian Princess, will provide a private dining area, premium open bar, multiple lounge areas, gourmet food, special showcases and daily events, for VIP guests. A concierge will be available to arrange appointments directly with exhibitors to board their yachts. The vessel will be located on the water’s edge of Collins Avenue, and open during show hours on February 16, 17, and 18.
VIP Lounge is $125 per day Thursday, Friday and Saturday only.
VIP Package is $215 per day and includes show access, valet parking, water taxi access, and the VIP lounge.
